Award-winning farm-to-table restaurant "Mark & Lev" is located in the scenic countryside of Tula Oblast, 120 km from Moscow. TimeOut magazine labelled it as "the chief local food restaurant" in Russia. At "Mark & Lev" we use only locally sourced produce from small and mid-sized farms within a 150 km range. All our suppliers are both our neighbours and our friends since they live and work close by.

The brand's second restaurant opened in 2016 in Rublyovka neighbourhood near Moscow. It became an outpost for the Tula farm cluster, as well as for other farmers from European Russia who share in the same philosophy.
Selected Dishes From the Menu
Our menu changes every couple of weeks depending on the availability of fresh meat, poultry, vegetables, berries, mushrooms, and herbs. Coffee and spices are the only imported goods which you will find in our kitchen.

Chef Mikhail Lukashonok creates a new language for regional Russian cuisine by combining contemporary techniques with recipes and flavours deeply rooted in Russia's culinary tradition. We devote special attention to using heritage and half-forgotten varieties of vegetables and herbs.

PRESS
At the first and only "locavore" restaurant in Russia — also a farm — local chef Mikhail Lukashonok prepares dishes using only ingredients grown within 100 miles of the restaurant and he himself cultivates vegetables and herbs in the garden.
Russia Beyond the Headlines

The accent in every dish is on flavor — the clear, vibrant flavor of naturally grown and produced products prepared in ways that keep every taste vivid and balanced. It's the sort of place where you hope no one notices you emptying the breadbasket to mop up every last bit of salad dressing and sauce.
